The Executive Board of Loyens & Loeff N.V. and the Management Committee of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg hereby inform you that Gilles Dusemon has resigned as a partner of Loyens & Loeff with effect from 31 July 2010. Gilles will cease his activities as of 14 July 2010. We regret Gilles' departure but we respect his decision.
