Loyens & Loeff advised Sea Accommodation Resorts Ltd, the Isle of Man based company engaged in lease and operation of multi-purpose service jack-up rigs in the acquisition of a 35% stake by NPM Capital NV, Dutch private equity firm, for an undisclosed amount. This acquisition will help Sea Accommodation Resorts to develop its market position.
