Loyens & Loeff advised the owners of Oosterbaan Transport Groep, the Netherlands-based food transportation group, regarding their disposal of the company in a management buyout to the management. Oosterbaan Transport Group consists of Van Maanen Koeltransport BV, Transport Vooruit BV, J. Kloos Holland BV, De Koeijer Transport  BV, the Netherlands-based transportation and storage services provider and Egon Soerensen Transport A/S, the Denmark-based transportation and storage services provider.
