Loyens & Loeff has advised Real I.S. on the acquisition of the Rijkskantoor Beatrixpark from the Swiss bank UBS. The Government Buildings Agency (RGD) is the tenant of the building which has a size of 27000 m2. Reportedly Real I.S. has purchased the building for a total consideration of EUR 100 m.
