Loyens & Loeff advised Maasbert Schouten, the present chairman of the Supervisory Board and former major shareholder of the Dutch football club Vitesse, regarding the disposal of his shares to Merab Jordania, a Georgian investor, who currently owns 100 percent of the shares in Vitesse.
