Loyens & Loeff advised Deutsche Post AG on the disposal of Selekt Mail Nederland C.V. to Sandd B.V. for an undisclosed consideration.
Selekt Mail employs approximately 200 people and reported revenues of EUR 55m in 2010. Sandd said it plans to gradually integrate the two businesses.
