Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Loyens & Loeff advised CB Richard Ellis Group Inc in respect of the acquisition of ING Real Estate Investment Management (ING REIM) from ING Groep N.V. for a total consideration of EUR 697m.
The ING REIM operations being acquired will become part of CB Richard Ellis' Global Investment Management segment (CBRE Investors).

The Loyens & Loeff team consisted of Bram Linnartz, Harmen Holtrop, Hermine Voûte, Klaas Wiersma en Mark van Dam.
