Loyens & Loeff advised the management of Dresdner VPV, the Netherlands-based asset management company, regarding their acquisition of the company in a management buyout transaction from Dresdner Bank Luxembourg SA, the Luxembourg-based bank and a subsidiary of Commerzbank AG, the listed Germany-based investment and commercial bank. Closing of the transaction is subject to approval of the Dutch Central Bank. The team consisted of Peter Corten, Vincent Vroom, Fee von Maltzahn, Menso Brouwer and Jason van de Pol.
