Loyens & Loeff advised BB Capital Investments, the Dutch private equity firm, regarding thier acquisition of a 52% stake in De Combi Groep B.V, a Dutch provider of maintenance and renovation services for buildings from Hooge Raedt Groep B.V, for an undisclosed amount. In 2007 De Combi had a turnover of EUR 10m with 370 employees.
