NPM Capital NV, the Netherlands-based private equity firm, has acquired a 42% stake in Vanderlande Industries BV, the Netherlands-based company providing automated material handling systems, from ABN AMRO Participaties BV, the Netherlands-based private equity firm, for an undisclosed consideration. The team was led by Herman Kaemingk.
